Carsebuie is a secluded 19th century cottage located in an area of outstanding natural beauty near to fishing, golf, hill and coastal walks, 7-Stanes mountain bike trails and some of Galloway's finest beaches.

The cottage stands in 1.5 acres of private grounds including an enclosed garden and woodland. It occupies an elevated position with fabulous views to the Galloway Hills.

The birdsong is a delight, as are the red squirrels that frequent the rambling garden divided by rustic fences and moss covered stone walls. There is colour nearly all year round and plenty to do for all ages.

Beyond the cottage's boundaries lies rolling farmland, rivers and wonderful, unspoilt countryside with abundant wildlife. Galloway Forest Park, Britain's largest, is minutes away and now includes the UK's only Dark Sky Park providing some of the world's best views of the stars at night.

Sandy beaches can be found from less than 30 mins drive at Sandhead, Garlieston, Luce Bay and Port William.

Carsebuie is perfect for a romantic break, a bolt hole to get away from the pressures of work or city life, and a great space for family get-togethers.
